What is qPCR?

It is a technique that permits the selective amplification in vitro of a DNA region, utilizing the polymerase chain reaction. The distinctive feature of qPCR is that the process is monitored in real time.

Research using qPCR

The qPCR System allows a productive performance of several research applications, such as molecular identification and quantification of microbiological strains, genetic expression etc.
